Founded in 1969. A small local meat shop by the name of Hamilton Packing Company began using this original blend (H.P.O.G) to season Prime Rib Roasts for their customers. It put the shop on the map and has quite a following in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana. A well kept secret for many decades but too good not to share! The Secrets Out!
